We use Stripe to manage subscription services with a monthly auto-renewal model
We do not offer refunds; users may cancel at any time, and subscriptions will remain active until the current billing period ends
Users may upgrade at any time (effective immediately) or downgrade (effective in the next billing cycle)
All subscription data is handled via Stripe—we do not access your full payment details
