- We use Stripe to manage subscription services with a monthly auto-renewal model
- We do not offer refunds; users may cancel at any time, and subscriptions will remain active until the current billing period ends
- Users may upgrade at any time (effective immediately) or downgrade (effective in the next billing cycle)
- All subscription data is handled via Stripe—we do not access your full payment details
