Subscription Terms

Effective date: March 29, 2025

To access the full AI-based transcribe service provided by Della, you may subscribe to one of our paid plans. Please read these subscription terms carefully before subscribing.

1. Free Trial Policy

  • Each device is granted a total of 8 minutes of free trial usage.
  • Once any account on a device uses up the 8-minute limit, the device is considered to have exhausted its free quota. Other accounts on the same device will no longer receive free time.
  • The free quota is bound to the device, not to individual accounts.

2. Subscription Plans

For detailed information on our pricing and plans, please refer to the "pricing" page. All subscriptions are billed and managed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled by the user.

3. Payment and Renewal

  • Once confirmed, your subscription starts the current billing cycle immediately.
  • Refunds are not supported at this time. Please ensure your needs before making a purchase.
  • If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription via the subscription management page before the current billing cycle ends. You can continue to use the service until the end of the current period.

4. Upgrade and Downgrade

  • Upgrade: Takes effect immediately. The price difference will be prorated and settled via Stripe.
  • Downgrade: Takes effect after the current billing period. The new plan will begin in the next cycle.

5. Payment Information Security

  • All payments are securely handled by the Stripe platform.
  • We do not have access to your complete credit card information.
  • If you encounter any payment issues, please contact Stripe directly or use its billing support portal.
